Corporate Athlete Services
Corporate Athlete Program – $2700
This is our program for individuals to get more joy, meaning, and impact out of your life using neuroscience-backed exercises and coaching. This consists of 10 weeks of instruction and coaching on the following topics. The program is customized to each individual, depending on what you need, when you need it. After this training, you will be able to:
- Manage your energy like a pro athlete using active recovery to prevent burnout.
- Manage your time by simplifying your life.
- Understand the power of purpose and curiosity on motivation and meaning.
- Create goals that actually work and use goal stacking to break them down.
- Use the state of flow to get more done, in less time, with more joy.
- Discover and re-program limiting beliefs.
- Build your dream team to multiply your impact.
- Use leverage to increase your impact by 10x-100x.
- Focus like a zen monk.
- Enjoy the ride.
Corporate Athlete Cohort – $1800 for 12 weeks
We also offer the Corporate Athlete program in small cohorts to help you learn from others and keep each other accountable. The same content and exercises will be included with the added benefit of doing the exercises with others, holding each other accountable, and learning from each other what works and what doesn’t.
Peak Performance Workshop – $600/90 min
Today’s corporate professionals must create a strategy, maintain forcus on that strategy and perform without burnout for long periods of time. They must remain agile and open to new information, while blocking out constant distractions. This 90-minute interactive workshop will four peak performance super-powers that you can implement starting today. This training will give you the tools to:
- Manage your energy like a pro athlete using active recovery.
- Manage your time through simplification, elimination and automation.
- Create meaningful goals that actually work.
- Enjoy the ride while performing your best using gratitude.
Group Flow Workshop – $600/90 minutes
This workshop will cover group flow triggers, group flow blockers, and how to create a culture and environment where your team performs their best and feels their best. The goal is actionable takeaways for your existing process, teaming, and environment to improve group flow conditions. This is an interactive workshop with group participation and training.
What is my commitment when I sign up?
You show up as your authentic self, bring your focused attention, and do the work. Doing the work means getting out of your comfort zone, adapting, and achieving higher levels of performance. Bring a notepad, digital or physical, to take notes, perform exercises, and capture your actions for next time.
What can I expect from our 1:1 coaching sessions?
I bring the best of me to serve the best of you. I will show up as my authentic self, bring my focused attention, and keep you accountable to your goals. I am not a therapist, counsellor, or sounding board. My goal is to help you unlock your potential, unblock your blockers, and harness the power of your biology to achieve more joy, meaning, and impact. You can expect homework, questions, and some teaching on behavioral change.
How do I sign up?
To schedule your sessions, click on the program above that you want to join and schedule your first session. You will be able to pay using credit card, bank account, or Paypal and our first session will be scheduled. Choose a time that works well for you on a weekly basis. We will adjust, as needed, during the program to meet your schedule.

Do you work with organizations and teams?
Yes, we train teams on how to create more group flow by maximizing group flow triggers and reducing blockers. We customize each engagement based on your goals. You can schedule a discovery call to discuss more.
What got you excited about coaching others?
I have benefited from and experimented with multiple ways to achieve more joy, meaning, and impact in my own life. These techniques have helped me navigate complex, uncertain, and unpredictable environments while maintaining balance, productivity, and mental health. I have seen these techniques work personally and doubled down on learning the neurobiological and physiological mechanisms behind them. I am now excited to shared these benefits with others and hope to help as many people as I can before I die.
