How We Can Support You
We offer three different solutions, based on group and individual coaching
High Flow Lifestyle Program – $2700 for 12 weeks
This is our primary program to help you get more joy, meaning, and impact out of your life using neuroscience-backed exercises and coaching. This consists of 12 weeks of instruction and coaching, including 10 1-hour coaching sessions, content, and availability by phone and email for questions. The program is customized to each individual, depending on where you are at. Each session will be for you, based on where you are at and what you need right now:
- Week 0 – Baseline survey and assessment
- Week 1 – Getting to passion, purpose, and goals
- Week 2 – Automation and elimination to focus on purpose
- Week 3 – Using active recovery for higher performance
- Week 4 – Rest and digest
- Week 5 – Flow Sequence and neuroscience
- Week 6 – Flow Triggers and Flow Blockers
- Week 7 – Flow hygiene – positive psychology basics
- Week 8 – Rest and digest
- Week 9 – Using leverage for higher impact
- Week 10 – Gratitude and serotonergic system
- Week 11 – Training grit and mindset
- Week 12 – Wrap up and results
High Flow Lifestyle Cohort – $1800 for 12 weeks
We also offer the High Flow Lifestyle program in small cohorts to help you learn from others and keep each other accountable. The same content and exercises will be included with the added benefit of doing the exercises with others, holding each other accountable, and learning from each other what works and what doesn’t.
Group Flow Coaching – $400/hr
If you have a team that wants to work better together, have higher productivity, with more joy, this is the solution for you. These are bespoke engagements, based on your needs, and will be delivered in person or virtually based on location and availability. There is a minimum commitment of 8 hours and T&E is not included.
What is my commitment when I sign up?
You show up as your authentic self, bring your focused attention, and do the work. Doing the work means getting out of your comfort zone, adapting, and achieving higher levels of performance. Bring a notepad, digital or physical, to take notes, perform exercises, and capture your actions for next time.
What can I expect from our 1:1 coaching sessions?
I bring the best of me to serve the best of you. I will show up as my authentic self, bring my focused attention, and keep you accountable to your goals. I am not a therapist, counsellor, or sounding board. My goal is to help you unlock your potential, unblock your blockers, and harness the power of your biology to achieve more joy, meaning, and impact. You can expect homework, questions, and some teaching on behavioral change.
How do I sign up?
To schedule your sessions, click on the program above that you want to join and schedule your first session. You will be able to pay using credit card, bank account, or Paypal and our first session will be scheduled. Choose a time that works well for you on a weekly basis. We will adjust, as needed, during the program to meet your schedule.

Do you work with organizations and teams?
Yes, we train teams on how to create more group flow by maximizing group flow triggers and reducing blockers. We customize each engagement based on your goals. You can schedule a discovery call to discuss more.
What got you excited about coaching others?
I have benefited from and experimented with multiple ways to achieve more joy, meaning, and impact in my own life. These techniques have helped me navigate complex, uncertain, and unpredictable environments while maintaining balance, productivity, and mental health. I have seen these techniques work personally and doubled down on learning the neurobiological and physiological mechanisms behind them. I am now excited to shared these benefits with others and hope to help as many people as I can before I die.
